    Build - Operate - Transfer:

  • Starting off as a Dedicated Facility (DF) with buying out option once the relationship reaches a minimum pre-agreed price and stipulated time frame.
  • Having all the elements of the DF until transfer.
  • Process maturity and operational stability being achieved by the time 'Transfer' is executed.

    Resource Augmentation:

  • Flexible resources as and when required.
  • Rapid ramp up and down capabilities.
  • Ability to deploy onsite for client specific projects
