At PDP, we view each client as a strategic partner and measure our success by the achievements of our clients. On October 12, 2007, Charles "Steve" Dawson launched Princeton Diversity Partners, as President and CEO to focus on delivering world-class Information Technology services and solutions to PDP's clients, through a collaborative and inclusive workforce approach. The strategic relationships that PDP and its senior executives have developed over the years have enabled PDP to leverage a highly experienced and diverse core of resources, to deliver on a scale that is competitive with companies with a considerably higher overhead structure and that are less nimble than PDP.
